Mr. Kamisetti’s skill set lies in understanding the unique strategy of structuring alliance agreements, establishing joint ventures, crafting intellectual property strategies that allow for the procurement of multiple patent assets directed at common technical subjects and has the potential to demonstrate an enticing value proposition to a candidate investor.
Mr. Kamisetti also has a special skill set working with domestic developers and economic development professionals to implement an EB-5 financing strategy best suited to a particular project that often involves travel abroad engaging with foreign affiliates. These attributes are display through Texo Capital, of which Mr. Kamisetti is a co-founder.
Mr. Kamisetti is an active member in various business, legal and networking communities, including the American Bar Association (Real Estate, Business, and International Sections), the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), the North American South Asian Bar Association (NASABA), and the Network of Indian Professionals (NetIP) where he is a board member of the Columbus, Ohio Chapter.
Mr. Kamisetti holds a B.B.A. degree in Corporate Finance & Strategy and a minor in Economics from The Ohio State University Fisher School of Business. Additionally, he holds a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve School of Law.
